About Stamina
In Tibia, stamina regenerates at different rates depending on your current level:
- Below 39 hours: 1 minute of stamina per 3 minutes of rest
- Between 39-42 hours: 1 minute of stamina per 6 minutes of rest
- Maximum stamina is 42 hours
